I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo
Interview
Interviewed by Human Resources & two Clinical Nutrition Managers. Interview is standardized with all applicants being asked the same questions. Sodexo was one of the few companies to ever let me know the outcome of my interview when I applied for other positions I didn't accept, or was not selected for the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain in detail how you would screen patients for nutrition risk.
Seamless - asks some of those personality type questions though. I think most companies are doing that now. It’s awkward and uncomfortable but you try and use honest experiences and you’ll get through it.

Question 1
One thing they asked me about was my background experience.
Was given clinical and management scenarios and asked how I might handle them. Hiring manager offered feedback on how they might handle things differently, overall a positive process. Learned more about the culture at the site and goals of their current team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was with a group of three (one via iPhone) and they asked standard questions but all talked so much that it lasted over 90 minutes and they did not validate parking. There were lots of red flags that led me to not want to work there just in the first 20 minutes including them bluntly airing grievances about the former employees.

Would you be able to handle the patient population considering the location (basic urban)?
