firstly the shortlist came from the collage placement office and then it happened to be a technical assesmentin the online mode followed by a technical interview and managerial interview and hr inteview ans at last the offer letter

It was early morning interview from general hr manager. The conversation went in very polite manner about me, my goals and also work permission. She was upset that I am only beginner and have too less experience in commercial web development and she advised me to look careful about internship and trainee program in their company
