Interview
Start with the aptitude testing, soon after you get face to face interview with 2 people (one union, one non union) shortly after you have to do a group project with some of the other guys in the interview session. All the interviewers which is about 20ish of them sit and observe you working together to solve the situational problem. As long as you work well with the group, don't discourage others input, but don't sit back and let everyone else do the work; you should be fine.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
