Interview
Went threw 1st round telephone interview, was asked about previous internship experiences and some general questions and finally a discussion on one of the four topics (culture, competition, environment, safety), I chose culture and talked about strengths and weaknesses of having a multi-cutural team. Waiting for the assessment center now.
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

Interview
The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
