Applied internship through web application. A lot of question throughout applying intern online.

After two weeks from application date, i received a call from HR rep and scheduled me for a phone interview. on the phone interview, i got numerous questions mostly behavioural and a case where i got to analyse a situation and discuss the SWOT and make a decision.
