I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderâbâd) in Oct 2022
Interview
They contacted me by saying that I might perfect fit for their open role. Had 2 round of technical interviews. They went pretty well. They got back and told that the interview feedback was quite positive they would be scheduling final round with HM. They then ghosted me for 3 weeks. Out of blue, they called after 3 weeks and told that my interview feedback was negative and they won't be moving my application forward. I then reminded them of their earlier feedback they communicated to me. They then just covered it up by saying they are no longer hiring for that role. It is disappointing to see that even ServiceNow is following such unfair practices while hiring.
