Very efficient and the recruiter being very nice, complete screening first and then the next round interview is conducted with the hiring manager. The hiring manager mainly would decide whether they want you or not
Very relaxed and friendly, encouraged everyone to socialise during the assessment centre. It was honestly so relaxed, we literally had TikTok time before 1-on-1 interviews.
The 1-on-1 interview wasn't incredibly organised, and I wasn't given time to ask questions specific to my job role, which was a shame as no one else in the office worked in the division I was interviewing for.
