I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent interview process I went through. Overall, I found the experience well‑structured and candidate‑friendly, reflecting the organization’s commitment to a positive hiring journey. The initial stages of the process were smooth, and I appreciated the timely communication following my application, which aligns with the company’s practice of responding within a week in many cases. The screening discussion clearly outlined the role expectations and helped me understand how my background aligns with the position. The technical interview was well‑organized, and the questions were relevant to the job role. The HR round was conversational and gave me good insights into the work culture and expectations, consistent with Schneider Electric's emphasis on assessing teamwork, collaboration, and alignment with organizational values. Overall, the entire process—from screening to interviews—felt organized and respectful. I genuinely appreciate the communication clarity and the structured flow of evaluations.

The recruiting team updated the Job requirements right before the Hire Vue interview, they added to the JD that travel would require at least 50% of the time. Nonetheless, I accepted and submitted the video recorded interview. A couple of days after, I received a message arguing that the hiring team moved forward with an internal candidate. It seemed to me that they were just trying to pretend that there was an open process, and i"backing it up" with some proof of interviewing external candidates.
