Interview
First step was a phone interview with an HR assistant followed a few days later by an in person interview with the segment marketing manager. The whole process was clearly explained and everyone seem to be focused on the candidate's personality rather than her/his background and answers to the questions. A lot of in situe questions though.

Tell me about a situation where you had to explain a very technical aspect of a product to someone who does not have the knowledge you have on the product.
Applied on site, contacted by recruiter, scheduled interview with hiring manager. Afterwards recruiter contacted me and let me know about the outcome. Another follow up email was scheduled with another colleague from the company
Swift and efficient. The hiring manager was nice and made me feel comfortable. Shared with me how the work culture is like and potential opportunities. Asked about my experience in the industry.
