Had a recommendation from active employee. Had initial phone interview and then recruiter vanished. No one every returns an email and they don't list phone numbers or an actual live person to communicate with.
Completed a few online applications but once again, no communication for more than three months. I use to be a customer of Schneider and even setup a reseller program to promote their products.
The lack of professionalism they show via communicating with potential employees has completely changed my opinion of this company.
Applied on site, contacted by recruiter, scheduled interview with hiring manager. Afterwards recruiter contacted me and let me know about the outcome. Another follow up email was scheduled with another colleague from the company
Swift and efficient. The hiring manager was nice and made me feel comfortable. Shared with me how the work culture is like and potential opportunities. Asked about my experience in the industry.
J’ai été contacté par une agence de recrutement qui m’a d’abord fait passé un test de personnalité avant de me poser quelques questions. Ensuite j’ai été mise en contact avec la manager, N+2 et la RH sur place. J’ai ensuite dû fournir une étude de cas. Les entretiens n’étaient pas très compliqués
