Interview
I had 3 interviewers during evening comprising of two indian guys working offshore and one guys from Hungary. We talked about business ,tech stack and had some quick back and forth on my current project.
Later guy from Hungary (who i checked was not from Sanofi) started. We discussed the technicals like Python and SQL , however there were some instances which were quite surprising for me:
1. He asked Mid interview (we are almost 1 hr into the interview) which company you are currently working in
2. Is it even an MNC (
3. He seemed to be unaware of MS Excel ... was almost fighting was are we using ms excel for documentation
4. Wanted to see how i store personal files on oneNote on my work laptop. I mentioned that it will be a compliance issue but it seemed he was not getting it. One other guy had to jump in to stop this line of questioning.
Overall , other than the Hungarian guy , the interview panel was great and knew how to communicate effectively.

Half of the interview was standard behavioural questions, such as tell me about yourself. The other half was simple technical Pandas questions, SQL questions and git questions. No leetcode style questions
Worst interview process I've got ever. Took almost 1h than arranged, bad questions, code test using through the meeting chat. But the worst was of the interviewers asked me personal questions about myself and judged me for my answers.

Interview
First round was purely technical. Asked me questions regarding my project and medium level SQL query. Still haven’t heard from them. Waiting for the next round schedule. Will update later if I clear the first round.
