2 Separate interviews followed by a full 3-3.5 hour set of interviews all scheduled on the same day where you basically talk to the entire team. After wasting an entire day they also did not have the decency to say they were going in another direction.

Multiple rounds of interviews including basically an entire day consisting of meeting everyone vaguely related to the team I would've been working on. 7 hours+ of interviews total followed by getting ghosted.
