I applied online. I interviewed at Sanofi (Neuilly)
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter saying my experience was great for a role on offer.
I has also applied for that role even if I did not have all the "desirable" experiences. Since the recruiter contacted me irrespective of my application, it would not be too much to assume that my profile was interesting enough and I had transferrable skills for the post.
What a disappointment and waste of time though as during the call, it was obvious the recruiter had not bothered to even review my profile or CV and was simply going through the checklist of requirements like a robot. She even had the gall to ask for my salary while refusing to share the salary range of the position.
Frankly, I expected more from Sanofi. It was clear that the recruiter had just randomly done a search on LinkedIn and sent cut and paste messages to many people. It was a bad experience. I expected more from Sanofi!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first question was do you have questions for me on the post? (Frankly, what sort of question is that)
Screen by HR . Interviewed by the hiring manager . Interviewed on a single day where I gave a journal club, followed by individual interviews. One person was a no-show. Great follow-up with HR and a hiring manager.

Question 1
It was all conversational as I was a very experienced in my field.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
Looks like they have good system, but do not follow it. Leaving an applicant on the call waiting while I received application not selected to move forward email shows how bad they are in their process.
Quite a long process started with HR then VP then Hiring Manager then Senior Director then couple of Peers then HR with offer. Took almost 3 months. DOn't know what else to add to make a 30 words
