2 phone call interviews and 2 in person interviews - standard questions and process i applied online and received an intial call from the recruiter then the hiring manager then went in for an in person interview

Spoke with HR recruiter for half hour meeting. She was unprepared and I got the sense she hadn’t even read my resume. I had to walk her through details that should have been part of her due diligence. Someone who has no understanding of technology basics should not be screening candidates for technical positions.
