Salesforce Senior Manager interview questions

Process took 2+ Months. Recruiter reached out, phone screen and then 3 rounds of interviews. Process took very long, with no feedback (although requested). They hired someone in my network before my final round (I knew they moved forward with someone else before final round) and still took 3+ weeks to decline me post final round. I found the process extremely unprofessional, without responding to emails for next steps and frankly asking me to do work (a presentation) and wasting my time fully knowing they already moved forward with someone else. Co-Founder popped into my interview and bumbled around asking what I do etc with no context. Salesforce writes blog posts on recruiting process, but doesn't follow their own process. 3+ weeks for any response? No response to emails. Extremely unprofessional.
