The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2021
Interview
Unclear from the outset. At the beginning of the first interview, I was informed that this was a data scientist’s role which was not mentioned on the job spec. Had this been clearer I wouldn’t have applied as this is not my field, and it lead to an awkward interview. While I appreciate that I work as a Business Intelligence analyst, this is not the same as a data scientist and there are distinctions between the skillsets.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a pleasant experience all along. Had an employee refer me and the process was around 2 months, with around 8 interactions overall including an excel test. The HR team was quite professional and really put care into the overall experience.
