I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Interview can be intense - took approx 1 month to get through the interview process which can include 2 recruiter screens, then align you with multiple open role, followed by 30 minute interviews with each manager then final panel interview with each manager that wants to move the process forward with you. Feedback can take a day to a week to get, depending on timing. I had another offer thatI received in writing that helped moved things along with Salesforce.

Question 1
Why are you looking to leave present employer; walk me through a deal cycle from prospecting to close. Walk me through deal challenges and how you overcame it.
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.
