Interview
First three interview happened through web cam while rest of the three round were F2F at Hyderabad office. The HR person was so kind and supportive. They always talked to me before interview round ensured, i am aware about the position, organization core values and motive of the interview round.

Question 1
First of all, the interviewer always introduced in brief and then started asking questions. Mostly they talked about real time scenarios/situations in Project and day to day job and asked how did i handle or would handle. They talked about challenges i faced in my career and how did i overcome the same? How i motivate team? etc Some discussion about Salesforce Data model as i come from SFDC background.
Overall, I am really thankful and equally impressed with the way entire process went through. It was well planned and really smooth.
The process was pretty smooth. One phone screen with recruiter, one with EVP , preparation call with recruiter than onsite.
If you interview in Cambridge please plan about an hour to find parking, there is none available anywhere especially for more than 2 hours.
The onsite was pretty disorganized. Each interviewer had a different style and while they were.for the most part nice people most of them were not skilled at all at interviewing.
I met with two technical members of the team , a pm, the former manager and an honotific VP . It was shocking to me that there was such a disconnect in the team and that while some were embracing a total lack of structure and accountability some were begging for some processes to be implemented. The questions were weak and many were borderline legal. Not sure what the expectation is for a person jumping in as a manager as it seems like many embrace the weak product vision and the lack of structure as great for the team. It was.the most disfuncional team that I have ever met. I hope they fix their game otherwise they won't be able to attract strong talent.

Interview
The process was very efficient and straight forward. It started with a phone screen and then I was invited to visit for about 6 hours including a nice lunch. The interviews were individual interviewers, one at a time for 45 minutes each and included a nice cross section of the team members I would be working with, managing and also other managers at my level from other parts of the org. All in all and very well executed process.
