I got contacted by Safran for other position than the one I have applied for. The interview was really quick to set up as they want to find the candidate really quickly and as I was about to sign a contract with another company. It was a technical interview directly for the first time.

How do you know which altitude is optimum for an aircraft?
appel RH préqualification RH entretien (tests, anglais, parcours) puis entretien technique avec un manager, pour un poste d'ingénieur cet entretien et déterminant et le niveau technique exigé est assez élevé
3 entretiens : 1 avec le manager (discussion du parcours technique et du poste) puis pré-qualification RH (motivations) puis entretien RH groupe avec debriefs analyse comportementale et test en anglais
