Telephonic discussion along with a small project for better understanding your skill set followed by face to face round.

After making an order an application I got an email with a date for the interview. It was an online interview that lasted around thirty five minutes. Even though they mentioned it would be a technical interview, the questions were mostly situational scenario based questions rather then ones that involve technical knowledge.
