Un rendez-vous physique d'environ 1 heure avec le futur Manager des équipes de l'administration des ventes. Un échange franc et agréable sur les missions du poste ainsi qu les chiffres clés de l'entreprise. Suivi de plusieurs test de niveau,logique et de langues:

Interview
The interview process had two parts: first round with CSR Manager and HR, second round with CEO and HR Manager 2 weeks after the first interview. Communication with HR was smooth and professional.

How much customer service was there in your previous role?
Strange. The HR staff almost say that you are lying! Rather than learn, they stress you out and watch. They try to make you commit mistakes and they do not stop
