It was an industrial career fair. I talked with them and got a call for the interview on the next day.

Classique : échange téléphonique pour fixer un rdv sur site.
Rdv à l'accueil, trajet jusqu'au bureau RH, présentation de l'entreprise, puis du poste, puis du candidat. Hiérarchique absent. Pas de retour des RH pendant plusieurs semaines malgré des relances.

Pourquoi seulement 1 an au dernier poste : vous êtes instable ? Pourquoi 5 ans à l'avant-dernier poste : vous avez peur du changement ?
A la fin de l'entretien : de toutes façons on a déjà quelqu'un positionné sur ce poste
