The interviewing process was very long. Due to unforseen circumstances the interview was cancelled twice. The response time was about a month before the final decision was taken. so all in all about 2 and half months time of recruitment

Interview
Candidature en ligne sur le site de Safran. J'ai été rappelé sous 2 jours. Puis il y a eu 2 entretiens avec des responsables de département, dont un où un expert technique était présent et m'a posé des questions techniques sur des thématiques de recherche décrites dans mon CV. Pour finir, 2 entretiens RH: RH groupe, puis RH du site. J'ai également réalisé un test de langue eLAO et un test de comportement. Dans l'ensemble, le processus de recrutement a été efficace et cohérent.
