I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SLB (Singapour)
Interview
Round 1 - 1:1 interview with a Training and Recruitment Manager. Questions were general behavioral type (Tell me about yourself, previous internships, final year project etc.). Straightforward and took about 30 min.
Round 2 - Full day session.
First, was a group activity (build a paper tower).
Next was a 5 minute impromptu verbal presentation to all the managers and the other candidates. Topic was "Most successful project you have done".
Lastly, there was a interview session with 3 managers. Questions were a mix of behavioral and technical. Eg. Strengths, weaknesses, basic questions on mechanics. I think the focus was on how you think through the question.
Received an offer within a week and accepted.
