Applied online for on campus interview. 2-Part process
1. Individual interview- mostly behavioral questions
2. Group Interview - teamwork based activities, segment presentation, and tour of frac site. (Pre-Covid). Final Exit interview where you choose preferred segment and why.
Mostly to gauge how you deal with pressure/stress, problem solving and are able to think on the spot.
Recruiters were cool and easygoing. Encouraged to ask questions/speak up.
They valued you being upfront if you didn’t know the answer to a question but still offer some type of idea for a solution. Received offer ~3 weeks after second round interviews.
