Reply Software Developer interview questions

Interview with a child company. Contacted by a recruiter, they schedule a technical interview the same week. The technical interview was an informal chat, very pleasant. The ridiculous part comes after the interview, as they say they contact you after 2 days to give you a feedback, but after a month nobody showed up. Instead, I was contacted multiple times again by the mother company and other child companies to have an interview with them.
