Contatto tramite linkedin, fissato un colloquio telefonico. Durante il colloquio tutto andato per il meglio, alla fine mi viene chiesto il voto di laurea, A malincuore il recruiter mi comunica che ci sono delle linee standard piuttosto stringenti in merito e non può proporre il mio profilo. Non metto in discussione questo standard (può statisticamente far selezionare personale migliore), ma sarebbe gradito fosse chiesto immediatamente per risparmiare tempo!
