Many interviews, including group interviews, day-job type interviews and etc. The job itself is actually challenging; meaning, I had to actually devote a day from 9:00 to 19:00. To be honest, it is a little too long a process.
First there was a screening phone call. Then I was called to spend one full day on-site. It had presentations of the different departments, then some easy group dynamics, and speed interviews. They called me the same day, and had a final intevriew with a partner.
