I had applied through a job posting in Jobstreet, then I got an email invitation from HR for an exam and interview a week after. The exam was English proficiency—grammar, vocabulary, and essay. The interview with the HR composed of 2 parts—first was about myself and the second was behavioural questions. You should answer in English since it is also being evaluated during the interview process.

Got an interview call through Job site. First round is Technical with two interviewers. Questions were at intermediate level from Datastage and SQL. waiting for the second round of interview
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
