I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
I interviewed in 2019 at Madrid. The process took several months. First pase: 3 eximas: english, logic exam and math. Then a telephone interview, a group dynamic, an HR interview, another interview with a senior and a last interview with a Director.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2018
Interview
There was a campus interview and a full interview day at the PwC home office. The campus interviews are with managers and senior managers, and they ask mostly behavioral questions, how you handle conflict, how you work in groups, etc. PwC focuses a lot on real-time development, so try to emphasize how you take critique well and apply it to your work to improve. Don't expect any technical question. Overall, I would say this was one of the easier and more conversational interviews I have done!
