I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Mesa, AZ) in May 2009
Interview
After 2 weeks I was called for an interview. I was interviewed by a group of two and later rescheduled for a
second interview. The second interview had 3 people, one of general management and 2 from upper level
management positions. The personnel were friendly and helpful at putting you at ease. The process was
what I expected from an interview and the follow up was timely.

Question 1
What does communication mean to you, and how does it affect you.
Very easy and straightforward interview, more trying to find candidates willing and ready to work with flexible work windows. Overall it was a very easy and welcoming interview, with little stress or question that were hard to anwser.
Smooth and easy process, recruiters are experienced which makes the process go smooth. Hiring managers know what they are looking for and are experienced enough to have an effective interview, and sets the expectations of what the employers are looking for and expect. Excited for the possibility of working with this company.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pizza Hut (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Interviewed with a Store Manager 1st, then the Area Coach 2 times before getting an offer. Asked me standard questions for the restaurant industry. I went back for a second interview, because he didn't want to extend an offer, but a colleague insisted that he take another look. Even after the second interview, he didn't want to extend an offer, but he reluctantly did due to the needs in the area.
