I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Performance Food Group (Elizabeth, NJ) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very bland. Long but not an effective interview in both directions. HR seems professional and friendly. The office atmosphere seems big, a bit dated, and very quiet.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Performance Food Group (Champaign, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. I met 1 guy at a Wyndham in Champaign IL, and 2 other people showed up. The others were local sales reps around the area who have been working together for over 15 years. They tried to intimidate me about the job, not really selling it at all. One guy didn't smile once.
Questions were blanket questions. Boring, plain, and read off a script.
