Panda Restaurant Group Assistant Manager interview questions

Interview was conducted in restaurant dine-in area near eating customers. Solid interview for the first 5 minutes or so until the interviewer asked me about my 5 year plan. I stated that buying a house was definitely a part of this plan. From there, the interview took a turn. The next 10 minutes consisted of him explaining to me how real estate works…in a very condescending manner. On top of that, he did not allow me to respond much during his real estate teaching clinic. This threw me way off, but he seemed to be in the zone so I just let him go. From that point on, nothing the interviewer asked had anything to do about the job position I had applied for. Ridiculous is an understatement here.

I was interviewed by three people (HR, ACO and RDO) separately and on different days. After all of them interviewed me I started my training withing the following month.
