Panda Express interview questions

You go through 2 stages. I went during open interviews. It was kind of informative for me. They really ask about you and make you think about what you want and who you are.

Im white and live in Los Angeles and have a long and successful history in management in the restaurant industry. When I applied for a job using my real name (non-hispanic name) I was never called for an interview, but when I applied for the same job at the same restaurant with a hispanic name, I was promptly called and asked to come in for an interview. I did this at 7 different locations around LA with the same results. It appears Panda Express has a policy of not hiring qualified white people, as they will not even call them in for an interview. Panda Express advertises job openings, but those jobs are not for white people. Disappointing.
