I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Rosemead, CA)
Interview
During the interview process they required you to read 7 Habits of Highly Effective people, and after a few rounds of interviews, they let you know they wanted you to attend a $500 seminar that you had to pay for on your own, whether you got the job or not. They said it wasn't required but that the last round of interviews would revolve around what you learned in the seminar.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How I could use what I learned from 7 Habits of Highly Effective people in my time at the company. Every interview question tied back to this book.

Interview
Depressed on an ongoing job search. One late night I called Panda Express and spoke with an employee. They told me to apply online and come in for an interview the next day. Best believe I sped my way over there after church. I was the first one there out of all the other applicants. Manager and I clicked.
Thank you for sharing your input on your interview experience. Our people are the heart of our organization, which is why we work hard to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
We’re thrilled you had a positive interview experience, and are so happy to have you on our team. We can’t wait to see where your career at Panda takes you!
I had to interview 4 times with different managers and they drill you. Most of management are non-native English speakers. Honestly, the only thing they care about is how much you are willing to work.
