Panda Express interview questions

First, I applied online. A recruiter called and scheduled an interview. A week later, I sat down with the manager in the back of the restaurant. The manager asked many questions to gauge skill level, experience, etc.

I am very disappointed in the process. First, interview had to be rescheduled due to the interviewer inability to be organized. Second, when interviewer called, had no idea what's my name, and did not read read resume. Thirdly, had hard time understanding interviewer due to strong accent.
