The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
In person interview with Area Leader followed by a phone interview with a member of HR and finally a working interview. The working interview was an 8 hour shift where you take customer orders, cut produce, wash dishes and cook. The general manager of that store had a quick interview with me. I honestly felt after reading some other review that the company prefers to hire Asians. I don’t feel like I was given a fair shot. Love the concept, would have loved the opportunity.

Simple and to the point. Was offered a cup of water while I waited. She asked my availability and prior experience. Then went on to explain the basic duties I can expect on a day to day basis and the pay.
