I applied through other source. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
Interview processes are convoluted. You have to jump through a lot of corporate hoops, and you're instructed on how you need to change yourself to fit their mold. I was asked a lot of questions that seemed to be somewhat of a trick, you either had been told the correct answer by your teacher, or you just got it wrong. This is a company that is looking for people to bend exactly to how they want, but then tout that you're free to express yourself. I was told that I had to change a lot of my physical appearance as well. Overall, not worth the amount of money and work they were asking for.

Question 1
If we asked that you change your hairstyle and makeup, would you be willing to change that small part of yourself?

Applied online through their website, and was called in for an interview about a week later. Asked a few basic questions; about myself, what I would do in certain situations, why I was interested in Panda. Neutral experience, didn’t get offered the job, but the interviewers were kind and professional.
very good and progressive. The manager is great and knew how to talk to you and all questions were easy to answer. i even learned something that she stated to me.
