Applied in stores for the position. Got a call from the manager to come in and interview. What they are looking for is a person who follows their company mission, so google that beforehand. Why you are interested in working with the company. And # 1 trait they look for is a pro active person! In all my years their, that is what they love most and look for in promotions.
