Panda Express interview questions

There will be two interviews, an initial interview to assess resume and inter-person skills, then an "experience interview" to see how you do on the job. The initial interview was about 2hrs long, with the district supervisor, store manager and state supervisor. They ask questions such as experience, knowledge of the company and what you can bring to the table. Just be honest, and you'll do fine. The "experience interview" is more on what you can do, how you react in situations and how quick you can pick things up.

Was applied online and got a teleconference interview via skype. After 1 week got the 2nd panel interview Waited for another week for the acceptance email/offer. I accepted it and go through a detail background check.
