Panda Express interview questions

Response to application was immediate and interview over Teams was set up within days. If the candidate progresses to the next stage, they are invited to an on-the-job preview where they will spend a day working at one of the Panda Express locations to get a better understanding of the role and responsibilities. It was a great way to find out if the candidate and Panda are a good fit. Those that want to continue may be invited for a second interview.
