Panasonic interview questions

Workday knowledge typical questions, most of the managers were nice, some were not very friendly. I interviewed with approx 5 managers from all over the US. I felt like everything went well and I was very excited about Panasonic, after waiting for a long time (4 weeks) for a response I got an email saying I was declined. BUT the strangest thing is that they contacted me 1 month later AGAIN saying that they wanted to interview me again.... that they had a new HRIS role.... when they already declined me the first time and decided to go with other candidates. Of course, by the time they contacted me back (1 month later) I was able to get another offer from another company even on Pandemic times... (what one company was not able to appreciate at the right time other did) it is really sad to see how they handled everything, It did not really inspire any trust in the managers or in the company itself.... Be careful with what type of people you interview and try to read what people/managers are like....

There was a total of three rounds for the interview process. You are required to present for 30-45 minutes for the last round. Be prepared for both technical and behavioral questions about the role you are applying to.
