Interview
I was contacted by HR two weeks after applying for the job, we set up a time for a phone screening. The HR didn’t actually interviewed me, just confirmed my interest in the position, the salary and my enrollment in my MBA. He scheduled a zoom interview with the hiring managers for two days after. The interview was more like a conversation, they made me feel very comfortable and asked questions about my resume and past experiences.

Interview
I applied online. A phone interview with HR went well. He was on-time, polite, and listened well. Then had a video interview with the hiring manager. I had 30 minutes, but most of the time was used by the manager explaining the background. He asked me some follow-up questions about my job experience that related to this position, and that made me wondered if he tried to get any useful information for the job rather than trying to learn about my skills. Overall I thought my interview went fine, but the HR ghosted me completely by ignoring my emails. This position has been posted for 2 months. I understand that this isn't an urgent position, but they might be interviewing people for their "research" purpose.
