Late response to schedule the interview after giving the timeslots.Needed to send 2 reminder emails to confirm!
Interview was bit interrogative rather than getting to know each others expectations! Seems like "not interested" kinda expressions with technical side answers. One directional conversation which shows that they just wanted to take interview on formality Basis rather than explanation about the role and position. Having creative side could go negative with your pitch.Got negative impressions on creative approach rather follow up conventional way.
Big mistake to believe that job ad's description quote about "young Professionals are welcome".

Give an example of a technical problem and why you chose the design you did.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panasonic (Denver, CO) in Nov 2022
Interview
Did 4 interviews over 4 weeks some of which I had to take off time from work for just to get a generic automated rejection email. Department manager kept me on the phone for over 2 hours during second interview. In person panel interview was repetitive after having had so many interviews prior. Requested not 1 but 2 power point presentations for final panel interview. One of which was supposed to be about myself but not about my professional background…. Seemed like a waste of everyone’s time and energy.
