they made the interview process long like a week and started deciding for me to start the job. They used to give us (new operators) to watch a procedure video only and the supervisor that handled us just left us like that and gave us the pencil and quiz to answer all the quizzes like 50 questions.

1st was headhunter phone screening and request for answer to some question thru email. Next, a scheduled phone interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager put more weightage on soft skilIs that’s beyond technical skills. I did not fullfill the technical skills required, and the GM preferred someone with full and strong technical skills. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
