I was interviewed by 4 people at once, and asked to do a demo of an application I use. I didn't prepare as well as I should have. They also asked what I was reading to develop myself.

How much time did you spend preparing the demo for today?
Good process. Completed an in person interview as well a mock demonstration in a group of 5. Then 3 other follow up and spoke to current solution consultants. Great experience
2 key rounds of interview. By Hiring Manager, followed by Head of department. There could be more rounds of interviews by regional Head of sales which I am supporting. Overall, the process was smooth .
