There were two steps , first CV review and the second one was with the directly responsible manager of the position. As far as I know they were looking for top universities and successful background. Interviews were both behavioral and technical (but mostly emphasized the former, in my experience). They also offered free interview prep sessions, which I found helpful. Overall, the process was smooth and not unpleasant.
