Interview
I was interviewed by the plant and HR manager. Both of them were pleasant. Interview went great. The plant was very clean and organized. Interview lasted about an hour and I received an offer the following day. The benefits and compensation offered seemed competitive. I declined the offer for personal reasons but this plant seemed like a nice place to work.

Mix of technical and soft skills questions with a panel of three. Fairly informal and friendly process. Shortly after interview references request and give. Offer given within a week or two of interview.
