I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nespresso (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2020
Interview
My application went through the recruitment team, I had a 5 minute call covering basic things like my interest in the role, previous experience and availability. I was then passed onto the management team who conducted a 20 minute interview asking me questions about my CV and retail experience. The interview was competency based, Overall nice and smooth process.

Question 1
Tell me one thing you like and dislike about working in retail?
Relaxed, comfortable and informal. Seemed to be gauging fit for interacting with customers alongside passion for the product. Store has changed management in this time so unsure if this is still the current style.

Interview
I had an interview with the store manager. She was friendly and the interview lasted about 30 mins. The questions were focused on sales and customer service but not tricky ones. It was an overall good experience.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Nespresso (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
Very systematic and not stressful. In my experience, I had 3 rounds of interviews back to back and all were decently similar in terms of questions and overall content. Common questions are asked first and foremost- like previous or current job experience, schedule availability, and if I had any existing knowledge about the company and their practices.
