Microsoft Software Engineer I/II interview questions

Got referred and the hiring manager reached out within a few weeks. We quickly set up an initial call and then moved on to a phone screen with an engineer from the organization. I got nervous during the interview even though I knew how to solve the problem but I didn’t perform well. I knew afterwards I wouldn’t be moving on but the hiring manager or interviewer never reached out to let me know, just ghosted me. Super unprofessional.
